Chuck said we’re not making a boring chicken pesto sub. We’re talking crispy chicken cutlets, pesto mayo, more pesto, fresh arugula, tomato, mozzarella, balsamic glaze, and just the right hit of salt and pepper.

Roman pizza dough doesn’t just hit the oven once. We cook it 2 to 3 times: once to make the shell, again when we add the sauce and cheese, and one more time when it’s heated up by the slice. That’s how we make it nice.🍕
