I love making regional ice cream flavors, but they’re usually from regions in the US. With all the Scottish folks taking over Boston this week, I wanted to make our version of an ice cream flavor you can usually only get in Scotland. But I don’t know any Scottish ice cream flavors, so if you’re Scottish or know any Scots, please help me out!
