Mimi's Chūka Diner Mimi's Chuka Diner is a cozy owner-operated 36-seat restaurant. We combine that with American diner influences while providing warm, welcoming service.

We serve "chūka ryōri," a cuisine that adapts Chinese dishes to Japanese palates/cooking methods.

BRUNCH IS HERE !!! Tbh American diner breakfast-meets-dim sum is the brunch of our gd dreams ya'll. Our showstoppers include jumbo asparagus Benedict, Mimi's loco moco, a classic egg sandwich featuring a fluffy egg patty, and a crisp crab Louie salad (an homage to Ted's West Coast roots). Grab a few baskets of fresh dim sum alongside your brunch plates, featuring staples like har gow, siu mai, some bomb a** pork ribs, and scallion pancakes. Plus, you can choose to get our handmade gyoza STEAMED or fried (weekend brunch option only) - we know for a fact they're great either way! We'll have specialty brunch cocktails, delicious coffee drinks featuring beans, and a few matcha specials in addition to our regular cocktails, wine, teas, and soft drinks. Brunch menus available Saturday & Sunday 11AM-3PM. We'll be serving brunch takeout too!

🥦 Roasted Broccoli Shiraae (shirah-ah-eh) - shiraae is a traditional Japanese dish featuring vegetables and a savory dressing made from mashed tofu, sesame paste, miso, and soy sauce. It's known for its nutty flavor, creamy texture, and dense nutritional value

🥗 Mimi's Caesar Salad - With decadent homemade dressing, hearty shavings of parm, and crispy gluten-free "croutons," this salad is a dream come true and we can't get enough. Top with karaage, lightly fried shrimp, or tofu puffs for an extra kick of protein
