Happy Friday!! This weekend we’re featuring Pork Udon Stir Fry, and Apple Glazed Pork Belly!! Both featuring Swinehart Farm pork!!

Our Apple Glazed Pork Belly appetizer is served with smoked and fried polenta, glazed pork belly, maple brown butter, and fried sage! 😋

For dinner the stir fry has marinated and tempura fried pork tenderloin, onions, peppers, carrots, udon noodles, with a house made stir fry sauce!!
