Tried a new recipe for a family reunion and pretty happy with the outcome. Oreo cheesecake in between two layers of chocolate cake and topped with a milk chocolate ganache. Decorated with whipped cream, chocolate chips and Oreos.

When "Momma Smoke" orders a box of peaches from the peach truck there's a good chance you're gonna have to make her a peach pie 🤷🏻‍♀️ Again my own worse critic and not the prettiest but hey slowly working on retraining my skills 😅

Been a loooong time since the pie lady whipped up some pies. Between my job and a recent injury it's just not been possible. But special request means I'll dust off my apron and give it a go on my day off to try my hand at a classic again 😁

A truly happy and blessed thanksgiving to you all out there. This year has definitely put a strain on all and especially small businesses so have been a bit more quiet but I want you all to know I am truly grateful to all who still support Great White Smoke and this side business GWS Pies.
