You know me... if the internet says, "This is the craziest dessert you'll ever try," I'm probably already on my way to find it. 😎
So I tracked down the viral Fried Chicken Ice Cream... and I get the hype.
Looks like fried chicken.
Crunches like fried chicken.
Then... 💥 Such smooth and rich Vanilla Ice cream.
And even an edible chocolate bone 🍗🍦
That was all it took.
Alaska Ice Alchemy is officially bringing the viral Fried Chicken Ice Cream to neighborhoods in Alaska, along with a lineup of other ridiculously cool IceNova frozen treats. If it's unique, fun, and makes people do a double take, it belongs on my truck.
We're not here to be just another ice cream truck.
We're here to make people stop, smile, laugh, and say, "What the heck is THAT?"
From handcrafted liquid nitrogen ice cream made right in front of you to viral frozen desserts you usually only see online, we're building the coolest frozen experience in Alaska.

Some of the best memories of summer didn’t happen inside.

They happened when you heard that familiar music echo down the street. You dropped your bike, ran barefoot across the yard, dug through couch cushions for spare change, and chased down the ice cream truck before it disappeared around the corner.

We're bringing back the timeless tradition of the neighborhood ice cream truck — rolling through communities, serving frozen treats, creating smiles, and turning ordinary summer days into lifelong memories.
