This adorable mermaid cake was such a fun change from the usual simple designs I get to do. I’m so glad I got to make this sweet little girls birthday cake.

AND IT’S DAIRY FREE!!

The cake itself is vanilla sponge colored pink and blue for a fun surprise when cutting into it. Outside we continued the pink and blue color scheme to capture the mermaid theme!
