Oh, sweet Aida Brigham! We are absolutely smitten with our newest little customer!

Precious Aida, 3 weeks old, daughter of Will and Laurel Brigham, has already stolen our hearts! What a joy it is to celebrate this sweet little family and the beautiful blessing God has given them.

One of the sweetest parts of being a family bakery is getting to be a small part of so many families’ special moments. Our prayer is that we get a front-row seat to all of Aida’s sweet milestones, from her very first birthday cake to all the celebrations yet to come!

Will and Laurel, we are so excited for your precious family and can’t wait to watch this sweet girl grow!

Welcome to the McEntyre’s Bakery family, Miss Aida! You’ve already made life a little sweeter!

❤️ From Neighbors to Family… A Sweet Piece of Smyrna History!

If you grew up in Smyrna, chances are you remember Jonquil Sporting Goods and McEntyre’s Bakery being neighbors for decades at the Jonquil Plaza Shopping Center (Current location of Publix on Atlanta Road).

Both are longtime family businesses with deep roots in our hometown. McEntyre’s has been serving Smyrna since 1947, and Jonquil Sporting Goods has been a part of the community since 1969.

Fast-forward all these years, and look who is part of our bakery family today!

Meet sisters Claire and Blakely Brooks, daughters of Craig Brooks of Jonquil Sporting Goods!

What an absolute joy and honor it is to have these two sweet girls working alongside us. There’s something so special about seeing the next generation of a family we’ve known for so many years become part of our own bakery story.

Smyrna has certainly changed over the decades. Buildings have come and gone, businesses have moved, and generations have grown up. But one thing remains the same: the friendships and family connections that make our hometown so special.

Jonquil Sporting Goods and McEntyre’s Bakery — neighbors all those years ago, but family still today!

We are so thankful for Craig, the Brooks family, and the opportunity to have Claire and Blakely as part of our McEntyre’s family.

A SWEET NEW ADDITION AT McENTYRE’S!

We are so excited to share that Madalyn McEntyre Fincher — the 5th generation of the McEntyre family and creator of Finch n Stitch Embroidery is bringing an extra-special touch to celebrations at McEntyre’s Bakery!

Madalyn is now offering custom embroidered cake toppers and personalized party hats designed to coordinate beautifully with your celebration.

From first birthdays and baby showers to birthdays and other special occasions, these keepsake pieces are the perfect way to make your cake table truly one-of-a-kind. And unlike a traditional cake topper, these are something you can save and treasure long after the cake is gone!

We especially love seeing another generation of our family use her talents and creativity alongside the bakery. Five generations and still creating sweet memories together! 💕
