The primary responsibility of the drive-thru operator is to sell and service each drive-thru guest within 3 minutes or less by administering the 7 steps to Drive-thru while maintaining guest sensitivity, cleanliness, restocking, sanitation, uniform, safety, security, cash and company policy requirements.

The primary responsibility of the line cook is to dress, plate, inspect, and coordinate orders to ensure that orders are prepared in a timely fashion (5-8 minutes from receipt). Additionally, they expedite and call orders to other operators. Preparation times, monitoring dressing table temperatures, restocking, sanitizing work station and following, safety, security uniform, and company rules are essential to the successful operation of this position.

The primary responsibility of the grill operator is to prepare to order within 5-8 minutes quality grill products in accordance with specific cooking procedures using the grill, bun toaster, spat, meat fork and CRT. Cooking times, setting, and monitoring equipment temperatures. Restocking, sanitizing work area and following safety, security, uniform and company rules are essential to successfully operating grill station.
