As many of you are aware, beginning July 1, Zontini's Pizza and Homemade Ice Cream in Smithfield will be closing our retail shop due to the growing demand for our wholesale business. This decision comes with mixed emotions, as we reflect on the past 10 years filled with unforgettable memories. From birthday celebrations and family dinners to summer ice cream runs, you welcomed us into your lives, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
Although our retail doors in Smithfield will close, our commitment to the community remains strong. Zontini's Pizza in Martins Ferry will continue to serve fresh, made-to-order pizza daily, keeping our cherished recipes alive and well. And while the Smithfield shop is shifting its focus, it will remain a proud staple of the Ohio Valley, continuing the tradition of quality and connection that has defined our family business for generations.
We will truly miss the smiles, conversations, and laughter shared inside our shop, but we’re excited to continue serving you in new ways. Frozen trays of our signature pizza and bulk ice cream will still be available for purchase—perfect for family meals, events, or simply stocking your freezer with your favorites.
