A true Mediterranean classic that has been on the Terrazza menu since day one, 11 years ago, and hasn’t changed a bit. When something is this good, why mess with it?

Behind every plate that leaves our kitchen is a team that works hard, stays focused, and brings the heat—literally! 🔥

Our kitchen crew doesn’t always get to hear the thank-yous they deserve. They’re here early, they stay late, they work through the rushes, and they put their passion into every dish that makes its way to your table.

The long hours, the busy nights, the heat, the pressure, the teamwork—it all happens behind the scenes so that our guests can have an incredible experience.
