Good morning people. We just wanted to let you know that even though we're still closed, again we apologize for that, but we want to keep some of our flavor flowing out there. Therefore we are offering our homemade tamales for $25.00 per dozen. We have pork Chile Colorado, (red) and pork Chile verde, (green) tamales. Also enough red or green sauce for a dozen tamales for $5.00.

I'm sorry to say but we are having to keep closed because of health issues.
My Dr. Has me on a new program and I'm praying that we will not be closed permanently. If the worst happens and we can't reopen I want to thank everyone for their support and kind reviews. I'm not giving up on my dreams of tomorrow and I plan on giving 110% to my program and my ability to finish my remodeling project. I know there is no cure for COPD but I'm also sure that if I can loose at least 50 lbs. of this chubbiness, I would breath easier and finish my project and reopen.

Good morning Shoshone :
So my plan that I put out a couple weeks ago has become an issue. My respiratory system has been compromised for a few months now and my doctor just diagnosed me with severe copd yesterday. That and me being 70 years old he asked me to seriously consider waiting to reopen. I wasn't so worried in the beginning of this virus thing because we had not much going on up here in our valley. But now with over 100 cases and 11 deaths I'm a bit concerned. I have been approved for a small business loan and with that I'll be hiring one possibly two employees for serving and delivery. This will help me to reopen and protect myself. I'm sorry for being selfish but this virus is no joke to us old folk. Also I'll be using these funds to make our new seating area safe for our customers. Distancing and plexiglass.
Please bare with me my friends and I am very optimistic that I will have this accomplished and reopened by September 28th. Thank you all so much for your support and patience.

Fyi I'll be conducting interviews for employment from Sep.1st through Sep. 11th.
Job will consist of serving customers learning to cook Mexican food and delivering food to the valley. We'll need one person for sure and possibly two depending on work load.

Good morning shoshone, it's been an awful long time since we've chatted. I'm so sorry for being AWOL for so long. Shortly after this pandemic began we took the time to grow our place of business. We've made a lot of upgrades and we're just about at the end of the project. We're scheduled for a final August 27th. So good LORD willing we're shooting for opening 8/31 or 9/1.
We will be posting pictures of new look and menu prior to these dates.

We will be closed for the next couple of weeks due to the risk of spreading this killer virus. Seems to be mostly killing us old folks. And since I'm at the front door of 70yo, I'm gonna lean on caution. I'm hoping everyone understands and our family is constantly praying for you and yours. May GOD bless our Christian based country.

I apologize for being closed last week and I will have to remain closed for at least 3 days this week. I have a herniated disk and I can only stand for about 15 minutes at a time. Doc said a couple weeks at best and I'm shooting for sooner than later. Thank you for your patience.
