We are at the Delmar Farmers Market on Saturdays 9AM-1PM. We are a multi-generational family business serving the Capital Region. Dumpling making is a family tradition we treasure. The combination of freshly rolled dumpling skins and savory filling has always had a lasting impression on guests in our home. We decided it was time that we share our homemade goodness with a wider audience and invite

you to be a part of this culinary experience. Our dumplings are individually handmade and we preserve the flavor by immediately freezing them to make each delicious bite available to you in your own kitchen and at your convenience. We hope that these mouthwatering bundles bring you joy from our family to yours. Come try our latest ice cream flavor - Cool Beans!

This ice cream is a nod to the coolest beans we know - our dads! Our dadsโ€™ love for java and Vietnamese style coffee were the inspiration behind the rich bold coffee ice cream layered with sweetened condensed milk ice cream and crunchy cinnamony Biscoff cookies. This flavor is a must try for coffee lovers!

The sunny weather has got us craving for ice cream and our yuzu blueberry flavor hits the spot every time! As one of our kiddos said after scraping her bowl clean, "It's so refreshing!"

Get ready for a sizzling hot weekend menu with lots of your favorite BBQ and picnic-themed eats! Saturday, 5/23, 9am-1pm located at Bethlehem Middle School (332 Kenwood Ave. Delmar).

As per Memorial Day tradition, we are bringing our Cheeseburger Dumplings served with a beloved house secret sauce. We will also have gua baos (steamed bun sandwiches) in two flavors - gochujang lime chicken & braised five spice tofu. We will also have some of your favorite sweets for dessert!

Be sure to grab frozen packs of dumplings for the long weekend. They're perfect easy go to for party appetizers, potlucks, and no stress meals so you can just relax!

Summer is coming in hot so we're sharing some behind-the-scenes views into what makes our sizzling Taiwanese Fried Chicken irresistible!

We start with deboning skin on chicken thighs to get the most juicy tender and crispy experience. Once the chicken has been portioned into bite-sized pieces, we coat it in a garlic soy marinade, which at this time is made with tamari to keep this dish gluten-free!

The following day, the chicken gets coated in an egg and rice flour batter, followed by a coating of tapioca starch for an extremely crunchy and yet light on the tongue result!

The chicken is tossed in a blend of five-spice, white pepper, garlic, and salt. The five-spice we use here is the same as the one we incorporate into our chili oil from . We love their five-spice and are grateful for Sylvia from and her team for customizing our orders in bulk sizes to keep up with demand!

As always, our food is a labor of love, but the effort is worthwhile! Be sure to swing by to taste for yourself โค๏ธ

June is a busy month for many of us, which is why it is both counter-intuitive and yet good to slow down a beat. Our classes bring you to a prepared table so that you can learn how to make dumplings without being overwhelmed. Whether you want to come alone or with a friend (or more), you will walk away having felt part of a joyous community experience.

We have two classes lined up for next month:

This is a dumpling class run in our traditional format where participants roll up their sleeves for a hands-on learning experience in how to make dumpling fillings (pork or vegan), form dumpling skins, pleat dumplings in various styles, and cook dumplings. We wrap up class by enjoying the dumplings served with side dishes and teas.
