Patton's Caterers Patton's Caterers has been around since 1954. We are full service catering company with the ability and experience to handle any event or special occasion.

We also operate our historic venue, Patton's Salmen-Fritchie House in Old Towne Slidell. Patton's Caterers has been around since 1949 when it was started by Oliver and Shirley Patton in the historic Ninth Ward of New Orleans. From humble beginnings as a neighborhood grocery store, Patton's has grown to include clients such as the Zurich PGA Classic of New Orleans, Microsoft and Jazz Fest.
