Well, I guess we’re the next ones in Slidell to make the closing announcement. 😢
As of this Saturday, the Clark family will officially be closing our chapter with Cypress. Saturday night will be our final night operating Cypress, and after that, we’ll officially be closing the books on Cypress Restaurant.
This was not an easy decision. We poured our hearts, time, and energy into Cypress, and we are incredibly thankful for every loyal customer, friend, and employee who has supported us since day one.
What we’ll remember most isn’t the food, the drinks, or the long nights — it’s the friendships and extended family we gained along the way. So many of you became more than customers, and that is something we’ll always be grateful for.
We’ll be open today and tomorrow, with Saturday night being the final night for us at Cypress, so come have a cold beer, grab your favorite meal, and celebrate one last time with us. 🍻❤️
And for all of our meal prep lovers — don’t worry! This isn’t the end of meal prep. We’re just taking a short break while we find another kitchen and figure out what’s next.
