Had such great time at Mayfair demonstrating the making of ricotta cheese with macerated strawberries and both vanilla and chocolate balsamic drizzles. Everyone loved it. Gave out 35 samples...had a great crowd around the table. Am ecstatic by the turn out! Thanks Wendy Landiak for hooking me up, was great!

I can't believe that in a few hours I will be showing people how to make ricotta cheese from scratch...I have to say I am a little nervous and am making a list and checking it twice so that I haven't forgotten anything...hope to see some of you at Mayfair. I hear its pretty nice this year and such a beautiful day is going to make it better.
