Our friends at Red River Schoolhouse are hiring a teacher aide! Check out this opportunity to be part of a wonderful local organization.
We're hiring a Teacher Assistant at Red River Schoolhouse!
We're looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves kids, and truly loves being outside.
Our classroom is a covered outdoor pavilion, a field, a wonderful playground, and the forest. We do have indoor classroom space, but that's our backup. We spend the school day outdoors, even when it's cold, rainy, snowy, or muddy, because we believe children learn best when they're moving, playing, and exploring God's creation. We need someone who will bring joyful energy on the gray, muddy days too, and who will hike, play, and get messy right alongside our kindergartners.
Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:45 to 3:15 (lunch is paid, so 6.5 paid hours a day and 26 paid hours a week)
Start: As soon as possible
Location: Stanton, Kentucky
No teaching degree required, just a heart for kids and a love of the outdoors.
Link to the application is in the first comment! Applications will be reviewed immediately, the sooner you submit, the better.
