🌎 Meet Our International Brew Crew! 🌎

Every summer, Brew Co welcomes college students from around the world who come to Skagway through the J-1 program to work, travel, and experience a summer in Alaska. Before we officially wrap up another season, we want to introduce you to some of the international students who were a part of our Brew Crew this year!

First up, Jordan! 🇯🇴

Yazan was our one and only crew member from Jordan this summer, joining us from his hometown of Al-Salt. He spent the season working with our front-of-house crew as a host and food runner, bringing a smile to every shift and never hesitating to jump in and help wherever he was needed.

Back home, Yazan studies E-Business and Commerce, and this summer was his first time ever visiting the United States! From Al-Salt to Skagway, we’re so glad you chose to spend your summer with us, Yazan! 🤍🍻

Cajun Monday is LOADED tonight. 🤤

Cajun BBQ shrimp covered in melted Comté with roasted red peppers, tomato and shredded lettuce, all piled onto an open-faced sandwich. On the side, slow-braised smothered cabbage with smoky tasso ham and crisp pickles to cut through all that richness.

We’re taking the weekend for our Brew Crew! 🍻💛

Brew Co will be CLOSED Saturday, September 26th for our Employee Appreciation End of Season Party, and closed Sunday, September 27th so our crew can have a well-earned day to relax and recover.

It’s been a busy season, and our crew has worked incredibly hard through all of it. We’re so lucky to have the people we do behind the bar, in the kitchen, on the floor, in the brewery and everywhere in between. We love our Brew Crew, and we’re so excited to spend tomorrow celebrating them!

We’ll be back Monday, September 28th, with our end-of-season hours officially kicking in. We’ll now be closing at 8 PM.

Chef Eric absolutely CRUSHED tonight’s special.

This evening our special is Salmon New Orleans. Blackened salmon and shrimp topped with Creole hollandaise and a fresh citrus tomato relish, served with green beans and rice. The Creole hollandaise is INCREDIBLE, the salmon is cooked beautifully, and the blackened shrimp takes the whole plate over the top.

We’ve got a full Oktoberfest menu, Festbier, Kölsch, Dunkel & Hefeweizen pouring, and a packed night of live music and games. Try your hand at the pretzel toss, stein racing, stein holding or the yodel competition, with prizes up for grabs all night. Come dressed for it too, we’ve got $50 gift cards for our best Mr. & Mrs. Oktoberfest!

Tonight’s special is roasted poblano four-cheese pasta with chicken, sweet roasted corn, and plenty of poblano, all coated in a rich green chile cheese sauce. Creamy and cheesy with that roasted pepper flavor coming through and the perfect amount of spice in every bite.
