This weekend Hei Dim Chinese Cuisine will be introducing Chef Yeanke's dumpling soup with surf and turf pork and shrimp dumplings! A soup that will feed your soul! We will also be offering 9 piece dumpling sets in classic pork, chicken, and veggie. Dumpling sets come with Chef Yeanke's classic dipping sauce that was a hit last week!

When ordering via text or PM please provide your name, pickup time, and order and I will get back to you to confirm your order. Thank you so much and we look forward to serving you again!

Hei Dim Chinese Cuisine is now ready with our weekend #2 menu. This weekend we will be introducing the lava bun! A steamed bun stuffed with a sweet black sesame filling that oozes out like molten lava! Also new on the menu this weekend is our delicious chicken dumplings that comes in an 8 piece set with your choice of house-made dipping sauces. We will continue to offer the Char Siu BBQ pork buns as well!

For preordering you can text me at 607-761-2153 or PM me. Please provide your name, preferred pickup time and order and I will get back to you to confirm your order.

We have made a number of changes to ensure that people who place an order will receive prompt service. Please keep in mind that currently we have no employees and we are doing this all on our own and that it is made from scratch. While we will be ramping up our order production ahead of time, this is still first come first. If it does become too much we will ask people to preorder for another time. If you plan to triple order (or more) an item we kindly encourage you to preorder as this will help us to allocate resources to those orders separately. Thank you for all your support! We sold out today! Our upcoming menu for next weekend will come out later this week. We will be open Saturday and Sunday 12-6PM. After our new menu comes out we will be accepting pre orders for the weekend. Stay tuned for more information. Once again thank you!

We are closed early today to prepare for Sunday. Thank you for your patience and all your support! It was a bit of a learning curve getting the logistics on point today. Tomorrow starting at 12PM we will we serving 2 menu items. The steamed BBQ pork buns (Char Siu Bao) that many of you were looking for today as well as the pork soup dumplings. We look forward to seeing you! First come first serve, open until we sell out.
