This is the Caramel Apple Pecan pie. 😍😍

Backstory: 2015, Season 6, Episode 3 of MasterChef. Apple of My Eye Challenge.

I had to make a pie to save my spot on the show. Well, since my Cherry Pie got me on the show, I felt pretty confident I wasn’t going home.

This is the pie I made! Spicy apples (more so than the original apple pie), homemade caramel sauce and glazed pecans.

Graham Elliot said it was a “burst of fall in his mouth!”

🥧 Each pie is 9” and has about 1.5-2lbs of fruit. These are hefty pies full of fruit.

🍒 Only cherries I use are from Seaquist.

🥧 I used to be a chef in a restaurant, so feel confident in how items are handled and prepared.
