It really warms my heart when people ask, “What’s your bestselling item?”
Or even better… when the regulars walk in, take a look at Maria, and say, “Just make whatever Maria wants to slap on a plate.” 😂
Those are the moments that make this place feel a little less like work and more like home.
For four months, our Quesabirrias have continued to be THE favorite house dish.
Maria makes them fresh every day. Guajillo peppers. Fresh onion. Garlic. Her seasonings. And a whole lotta love (and a little bit of sass because that’s just Maria 😆).
There’s something special about every morning, there she is, stirring that ginormous pot like she has hundreds of times before, coffee in hand, getting everything ready for another day. Practically has become a core memory for me.
And then YOU all come in and order it.
Over and over and over again.
So, four months in, we just want to say THANK YOU for loving Maria’s Quesabirrias as much as we do. ❤️
Keep coming hungry.
