I’ve got a confession to make. The holiday sweets really got me. The cookies, the candies, the desserts!

Now it’s time to focus on nutrient dense foods foods, rich in iron, fiber, water, and minerals.

Smoothies are my go to choice because you can sneak in beetroot powder, h**p chia and flax seeds, herbs and leafy greens! It’s a whole meal that tastes like Icecream.

Wow. That is SO cool. Imagine... with VEGAN cream cheese (My husbands favorite brand is Daiya and mine Kitehill and Miyokos) and when you make the brownies... You can use oat milk or my favorite, homemade cashew milk, then you would swap the eggs for chia seeds, apple sauce, banana, ground flax seeds or one of the many other egg-replacers in the market. AND BOOM. A vegan pine cone brownie.
