It’s Elaine Koch’s birthday — our founder, our rock, and the heart behind everything we do.

From a tiny two-line ad 25 years ago in the Argus Leader for a bakery for sale… to multiple locations, countless celebrations, busy mornings, hard seasons, and so many memories — Elaine has guided this business every step of the way.

And today, just like most days, she’s here working hard and caring for others.

We love her very much, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she’s built for our community.
