Less than a week until W**e Not? Oregon.

Here’s a peek at what we have planned…

W**e Not? is meant to be 𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑦 and 𝑖𝑛𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑙. Make it a 𝑑𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑛𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡, grab a few friends, plan a 𝑙𝑎𝑑𝑖𝑒𝑠’ 𝑛𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡, stop in for a little w**e and a snack before dinner, or simply come for the tasting.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Shonna Haugen, who was part of the Parker’s kitchen many years ago.

We remember Shonna for the creativity and talent she brought to our kitchen and are thinking of her family and loved ones during this difficult time.

Grilled Pork with maux choux, maple syrup, sweet potato, balsamic and pecans. A longtime Parker’s dish that we’re always happy to see getting a little love.

𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐞.

There’s a reason Oregon, and the Willamette Valley in particular, has earned such a reputation for Pinot Noir and other cool-climate w**es. Long growing seasons, cool nights and varied soils produce w**es with such freshness and balance.

We’ll start with 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐭? 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟐, pouring four different Oregon w**es alongside charcuterie.

Then on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟏, we’ll take a deeper look at the Willamette Valley with our 𝐄𝐥𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫: four Elk Cove w**es paired with four courses from the Parker’s kitchen.

𝑇𝑤𝑜 𝑛𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑠, 𝑒𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑂𝑟𝑒𝑔𝑜𝑛 𝑤𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠, and two very different ways to experience what makes the region special.

A change of plans for this weekend’s Passport to the World!
We’re heading to El Salvador at both Parker’s Bistro and Club David.

Our Belgium stop has been postponed and will return in October. Stay tuned for the new date!

This weekend marks the final stop on this year’s Passport to the World journey, and this time we’ll be celebrating 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 + 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝑜𝑛𝑙𝑦 across all participating locations. No Thursday this time around!

Two nights to make your way around the world with us one last time this year.
