alaskan sockeye smoked salmon, creamy ricotta and mascarpone, pickled green grapes (scandalous), red onion, and fresh dill on our house seeded sourdough toast.

Thank you to everyone for your support and love and kind words, this week, this month, and always.

A couple things to note: we will be closed tomorrow, February 1st as well as Wednesday and Thursday next week. Sorry for the short notice, but we are tired af after this month. Our first burger battle was a banger, Conner got smacked around and smells like beef, (i smell like beef, I smell like beeeeeef) and I just finished Jterm a week before spring semester begins. We wanna nap boiiiii.

We will open again Friday, February 6th, and will be donating all profits from our bread sales to mutual aid that weekend again as well. For those of you that came for donations after we sold out of bread yesterday and today, be sure to swing by next week! We will be making extra.
