Menu Spotlight: Let's talk Pork! We have 2 very popular pork entrees on our menu

✴️Our Pulled Pork Wellington is an award winning dish that's been on our menu since 2021! It has slow roasted Pulled Pork, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes & Boursin cheese, wrapped and baked in puff pastry. Served with Chef Lance's Wh***ey Cream sauce😍

✴️Our newest Pork dish feels perfect for this fall weather! Our Southern Fried Pork Chop is a 10 oz breaded Pork Ribeye, fried in bacon fat in a cast iron pan, served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, bacon cream sauce & Chef Lance's farmhouse cream corn (This entree is Gluten Free!) The cream corn is also available as a side dish and is very popular!

This weekend my wife and I took a trip to see my mother, and in typical Hallmark fashion she had a stack of photos to show Jenny of me from over the years and in so many of them I'm at work or in a chef coat!
You might just see a younger, more handsome Chef Lance😄, but what I saw was a young me that was absolutely CLUELESS to the amazing things in store for him. If I could go back in time and have a conversation with younger me, I'd probably say things like:
"Hang in there"
"It will all work out"
"It will all be worth it someday"
"Pay attention, you're going to need to remember some of these life lessons"
"And if all else fails, just add butter!"

All the ups and downs, struggles, long hours and lessons throughout the years were all preparing for me for a dream I didn't even know I had at the time. The one constant is the Chef Lance from 1995 and the Chef Lance from 2026 always did and STILL loves cooking for you! ❤️
