If you haven’t tried it yet, this is your sign. Our classic dough with a rye infusion, layered with pastrami and mushrooms over a rich Alfredo base, finished with smoked gouda, caramelized onions, and pesto. It’s bold, a little unexpected, and completely Charlie’s.
