We’ve got some really exciting items in the seafood case this week, including a few that don’t come around very often!

The star of the week is definitely the Wild Copper River Sockeye Salmon. Seafood lovers wait all year for Copper River season. Its rich flavor, vibrant color, and high oil content make it one of the most sought-after salmon fisheries in the world.

We also brought in a NEW ITEM — Fresh Cusk Fillet. If you’ve never tried cusk before, think of it as a sweet, flaky white fish similar to cod, but with a slightly firmer texture. It’s fantastic baked, broiled, or fried.

And for the adventurous seafood fans, we have Fresh New Jersey-Caught Thrasher Shark. It’s mild, meaty, and perfect for grilling.

Whether you’re stocking up for the weekend or looking for an easy Heat & Eat dinner, we’ve got plenty of delicious options ready for you.

Well, this is pretty cool. 😊

Go Fish Seafood was named one of Homebase’s Top Local Workforces of 2026, and I couldn’t be more proud.

Running a restaurant isn’t easy, and none of this happens without an amazing team of people who care about our guests and each other. Thank you to every employee—past and present—who helped build the culture we have today.

Tonight’s featured roll, The Baldwin Roll, is a special throwback to the early days of Go Fish. Named after Severin Fayerman, the gentleman who believed in my dream and loaned me the money to start this business, this roll has been a guest favorite for years.

Inside you’ll find spicy tuna, eel, cream cheese, cucumber, and carrots, then it’s topped with avocado and delicate ebi shrimp, finished with a drizzle of spicy mayo and eel sauce, and crowned with scallions and crunchy tempura flakes.
