Mile High Gourmet Garlic

One question we always get is “what are some ways to use garlic in recipes?”
Although I’m not much of a chef, I thought I’d document a recipe, using our garlic, and share. My husband said it was restaurant quality! :)

Chicken Pesto Roll Ups
Cut thin chicken breasts in half lengthwise
Salt and pepper chicken
Add about 1 TBS of pesto to each piece of chicken (If you are a great chef you could make your own pesto with garlic too!)
Add fresh Mozzarella cheese
Add sundried tomatoes
Chop up fresh garlic (I used Chesnok Red)
Add garlic to chicken
Roll up chicken
Top with fresh marinara
Cover and bake at 400 for about 30 minutes

With the 4th of July in our sights, we thought it would be fitting to share a garlic burger recipe. Enjoy!

A few hours before grilling, ground beef is mixed with Worcestershire, garlic, onion and Italian seasoning, and then the mixture is chilled until ready to form into patties for the grill. Makes six, moist and flavorful burgers.
