It is with alot of pain and decisions.... that Kim's Kool Treats is now for sale. I will either piece it out or sell it all in one lump.
My health needs to come first. My cancer came back with a vengeance. I have an extremely large hernia. And can't risk tearing the repair job when they repair it. And I have a kidney issue.
I am so sorry to have to do this, as I love this business and had so much fun with my customers. I only wanted to do 5 years and did 9. It was an amazing run.
I want to thank everyone for your amazing support and all the fun we had.
But it time for the 3 Rs. Retire, relax and ride motorcycles.

To whomever buys this business, I will teach you everything you need to know to be as successful as I was. How to maintain and clean the machines, be with you until you are comfortable with the set up.
I will tell you my successful routes, events and warehouses. At the warehouses... run a tab, then they pay at the end. A great 4 hour day 😉
I will pass on my wonderful customers to you and advertise for you every week.
The supplies that are included are about 6 months of supplies. Ice cream mix, Dole Soft Serve, cones, cups, hot fudge, syrups, sprinkles etc, etc, etc.

Option 1: the full rig, ready to go and make $$ - F350, 25kw generator, trailer with all the machines, and 6 months of supplies- $145,000

Option 2: the trailer, machines and supplies - $58,000

Option 3: you have a business - add these two money making machines to your business. Plug them in and make $$$ - $28,000.

Option 4: you only want the ice cream machine or the slushie machine. $16,000.
The ice cream machine has 8 flavors on one side and Dole on the other. My customers LOVE the Dole.
The slushie machine has 9 flavors of slushies. Mix and match the flavors. Slushie with Red Bull is a BIG hit.
When I started this business, I invested over $200,000... got that paid off in 2 years.
This is a FUN AND REWARDING BUSINESS. I liked being mobile, as its a different scene every day.
AND PEOPLE LOVE SOFT SERVE!!!!

I will start setting up appointments to the folks wanting to look at my business.
To whomever buys the business. I will be there when you first open, and help you all along the way.
I will help you to get into the the big events and my warehouses would love to keep this business coming.
I will share with you all the tips to make you successful.
I hope whomever buys this business, loves it as much as I did.
The trailer is build solid. I call it my bomb shelter. 😀
If the whole business does not sell, then I will piece out the machines. I have several business's that are interested in just the machines and supplies.

Hello all, just an update here. I am still in the hospital. Hopefully they will do the PICC line today, so I can go home. When I get home, I will get with everyone interested in my business and get the ball rolling.
I would like the new owner to get out there ASAP, while the season is upon us.
The rafter 3C wrestling tournament is soon, and the kids love the Kool Treats. So need to get this going. 😀

Ok here is this week's schedule.
I will not be out the first week of February, as I am having the chemo port put in and I cannot lift over 10 pounds for a week.
Orange Dole Soft Serve this week.

January 28th ~ Yerington by Dini's Parking lot, 11am to 4pm.
January 29th ~ Silver Springs by the Subway store 11am to 4pm.
January 30th and 31st ~ Hawthorne on Joe's Travern Parking lot 11am to 430pm.

Ok.... who is ready for some ice cream?
The weather does not look too bad this week. So let's do this.
Here is my schedule for the week.
Pineapple Dole Soft Serve this week.
Times are 11am to 4pm.

January 15th ~ Silver Springs by the Subway store.
January 16th ~ Yerington by the Dini's Parking lot.
January 17th & 18th ~ Fallon at the 3C complex for the wrestling tournament. Be sure to come by and watch these amazing kids. And Wildwest Burgers will be there as well. Burgers, milkshakes and wrestling.... can't beat that.

I will also have Strawberry shortcake. The shortcake is made by a local baker. Support local small business's!!

Hello all. Just to let you know, Kim's Kool Treats is closed for the winter. Time for me to be a hermit and hibernate for the winter.
I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and an awesome Christmas and New Years Celebration.
