NMSU Grant County Extension is hosting a Pressure Canning Workshop!
Monday, January 26
12:00-5:00 pm

Come learn science and safety based canning techniques from a Master Food Preserver. Instruction will include pressure canning of chicken and beef with the opportunity to pick up finished jars the next day. Recipes featured are great for the preservation of these staple foods!

Location: Grant County Extension Office
