Greetings Folks 🙂,

FORK OFF 🍴 has a new Menu & is ready to wow your palets, will be in the 809 N Bullard parking lot from 12-6pm 9/4/2026 & 9/5/2026 Friday & Saturday

Full plates come with a mound of Jeweled rice 🍚 a Persian sticky rice topped with saffron, pomegranate seeds, and pistachio & grilled fusion fajita mix for only $20 including tax if cash.

Menu featuring 🍽️:

1. The Titan Torta ( marinated fusion seasoned pork, refried beans, avocado, caramelized onion & salsa Verde ) $16

2. The Greecian Torta ( lemon pesto chicken, tzatziki sauce red onion and feta cheese) $16

3. The Vegan Chili Burger 🍔 ( Organic ground vegan beef , caramelized onion, roasted bell pepper, and a salsa Verde or Sriracha $14

Top of the day, FORK OFF Will be setting up in the parking lot of 809 N Bullard st, Silver City, NM, 88061 from 12-3pm July 31st & August 1 12-4pm due to the weather the hours will be as is for the moment till weather improves normal hours will be usually 12-6pm Friday & Saturday weekly. Can order individual tacos etc. 🙂

New Menu featuring:

The Blush Burger $19
2 double chuck ground beef Patty's with melted sharp cheddar,mozzarella, caramelized onions, garlic, pickles and topped with a citrus chipotle aiole on a fresh baguette with a side of skillet fries

The Popper Dog Dog $16
A beef frank grilled with apple wood bacon, caramelized jalapeno, red onion, garlic, with pan seared cream cheese inside a French baguette roll with a side of skillet fries.

The Kabob Crush Tacos $18
3 tender moroccan meets armenian chicken kabobs tucked into toasted corn tortillas, paired with stone ground hummus, red onion, roma tomatoes, parsley topped with a citrus aiole, garlic cream sauce, bold fusion that delicious freshness yet unique boldness in every bite served with sticky rice.

The Chicken Fusion Skewers $18
3 tender Chicken Skewers with Teriyaki sauce, a culmination of Korean essence, finalized with a garlic ginger peanut sauce, cilantro, lime and sesame seeds paired with sticky rice

The Powerhouse Quesadilla $17

with a the New menu item called the Bangkok Banger, featuring a grilled juicy chicken with a lime Thai ginger peanut drizzle, crisp fusion slaw, this dish will have you say love ❤️ at first bite! 3 loaded unique fusion tacos 🌮 with a side of sticky rice 🍚 for $18 including tax.

FORK OFF is setting up tomorrow Thursday May 28, May 29, & 30th 📍inside the 809 N Bullard st, Silver City, NM, 88061 parking lot from 12 - 6pm with a new everything from worldly Vietnamese inspired fusion flavors to Indian etc all the way to the Elevated Carne Asada tacos 🙂🌮 All plates are $18 with 3 fusion tacos on corn tortilla with sticky rice or single tacos for $6
