The date is June 3, 1957: Eisenhower is president, Elvis is at the top of the charts, I Love Lucy recently aired its last episode, and Ervie Barnett just opened Barnett’s Dairyette in Siloam Springs, AR. Now, over 60 years later, our goal is to continue the rich history of serving up thick and creamy dairy treats, pure-beef burgers, hand-cut fries, and good ol’ fashioned customer service. That’s why our patties are never frozen, and everything on our menu is made-to-order. Tulsa St., and treat yourself to the flavors of the ‘50s.
