Today was a BUSY one at Day Hab! 🥳💙

We started the day learning about self-advocacy within the healthcare setting and how important it is to speak up, ask questions, and be involved in our own healthcare decisions. 🩺💪 Then we put our party planning skills to work learning how to set up and prepare for a celebration! 🎈🎉

And what’s a Day Hab day without a little celebration?! 🍼💕 We wrapped things up by celebrating one of our amazing staff members with a baby shower! There were smiles, laughs, treats, and LOTS of excitement for the sweet little one on the way!

Safety first, fun always! 🛑📝 Today at Dayhab, we reviewed important procedures for responding to an intruder or bomb threat, reinforcing the value of staying prepared and following safety guidelines. 🌟 Another Fun Day in the Community! 🌟

We had a busy and productive day! 💪😊 We started our morning with movement exercises to get everyone up, active, and ready for the day. Then we headed out into the community and spent some time cleaning up at the park. 🌳🧹

It was a great opportunity to get some fresh air, practice teamwork, give back to our community, and enjoy time together! ❤️

✨ Busy & Fun-Filled Day! ✨

Today was another great day at the center! 💙 Our crew stayed busy from start to finish. We worked together to clean and tidy up the transport vans, got some fresh air and enjoyed time at the park, and finished up with some relaxing and energizing yoga and exercise! 🧘‍♀️🌳💪

We love making each day a chance to learn new skills, stay active, enjoy the community, and most importantly—have fun together! 🥰

We had such a fun-filled day at the fair! 🎠🍿 From enjoying the sights and sounds to exploring all the fun attractions, our crew made some great memories together! 🥰

There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and good times all around. ❤️ We love getting out into the community, trying new things, spending time with friends, and making memories that last!
