Enjoy a culinary delight with Chef Tony, a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. We serve modern Vietnamese cuisine made from the freshest ingredients, even some from Chef Tony's garden. Tony came to the USA in 2006 from Vietnam to be closer to family and looking for a better chance for life. He opened Indochine in 2012 with the idea to serve healthy, unique and fresh Vietnamese cuisine for the Sierra Vista area.
