Im smoking them on big Nasty.. yes they are limited and we sold out on pre orders.. but we are leaving some racks for availability for those who come in for dinner.. we are contemplating doing bbq for Saturday dinners.. this will be the single largest rib smoke Ive ever done with all the pre-orders.. 3pm.. if you want some, you better get there early.. 10428 Hwy 92

BAM BAM BBQ will NOT be opening again :-( I know it's sad.. However, Morning Star Cafe is reopening in 9 days, which is where all the energy is now focused. Please show your support and like/follow the page.

I am keeping a large indoor smoker we had at the BAM BAM restaurant, so yes, there will be occasional BBQ Nights Specials, and BBQ is still available through catering.

Omg what a busy night.. best of Cochise and best of Sierra Vista.. we catered both..

In the past 4 days Ive worked 74hrs.. of the 96hrs available.. I slept in the restaurant.. in my car for an hr at food city this morning..

Nicole Cusick, Domanick McManus, and Angie. No way in a million years a team of 4 pulled this off..

We killed it.. I didnt try to "win" this year or even tell a single soul we were part of anything but we won Best food truck for the 3rd year straight.. that meant a lot.. but I know Chew Philly Food Truck will win next year.. they are the best and im done in the food truck realm.. I think if they started 6 months earlier they easily would've taken it this year.. I love you chef Mike and your wife.. Chef Mike let's talk tomorrow..

I am parting ways with BBQ, and my dream of a cafe with scratch recipes, some ive worked on for decades is happening.. yes Im letting bbq go, because the expenses are outrageous and to much to sustain.. but Im keeping my indoor smokers to offer bbq on special occasions and catering.. I hope I will have support, as we try to bring great food, to great people, with great staff..

Its up for sale but still operating and if the new owner doesnt want to keep you on I will have work at the Morning Star. But for a trailer this size and price it might take a year or more to sell it..

On a side note... with Morning Star Cafe we passed the final inspection this morning.. althouth it will not be BAM BAM associated at all we are bringing the sausage gravy and burritos over.. opening back up in 2 weeks!!!
