Mr. Grilled Cheese

We want to ask everyone to help wish our Daughter and our 2nd chef Alice a very Happy 16th Birthday 🎉 if you’ve ever seen us at one of our big events chances are you’ve seen her behind the grill making orders and helping us keep things running. We truly couldn’t do this without her and we are so proud of her ❤️

And that’s it for 2026 Red River Revel! This was by far one of the best events we’ve had the pleasure to serve at and we want to thank The Red River Revel for giving us a chance! We served over 2500 sandwiches, won an award, sampled all the yummy food from the other vendors and had a blast! Needless to say we are worn out now 😴 we’ll be taking tomorrow off to recover but we have another packed schedule this week so watch our page closely for where you can find your grilled cheese fix next 🧀

We survived our first Red River Revel weekend! We made over 1200 sandwiches, ate our body weight in donuts and ice cream 😂 and we had the best time! Thankyou so much to all of our customers and vendors who came out to see us and made our first revel weekend so awesome. We are a family run business but we also provide jobs for local young people and parents so when you support our business you are supporting them also and that means the world to us ❤️ we’re taking a few days to regroup and restock but we will be back at The Revel on Thursday for round 2 and keep an eye on our page as we may be doing a cheeky revel giveaway soon 🤫
