Some of you come in for the pie. Some of you come in for the biscuits. But a whole lot of you come in for Vicki: the one who's got your coffee poured before you're all the way in the door, remembers how you like your eggs, and always asks about your mama by name!

That's the part of The Eat Shop that you can't put on a menu. Anybody can cook breakfast, but not everybody can make a room full of people feel like they're the regular. We're lucky to have people like Vicki on our team! 🍓

Good news for your 4th of July! 🇺🇸 We'll be open Saturday from 6 AM to 2 PM. Come start the holiday the right way with a full breakfast, coffee that keeps coming, and no need to rush. And pie, of course.

We'll be serving till 2, then closing up so our crew can celebrate with their own families too. See y'all Saturday!

You know what's cool about what we do?
➡️ We see the kids who used to need a booster seat showing up with kids of their own now.
➡️ We see the orders that never change because they never had to.
➡️ We see the people who moved away and make this place the first stop the minute they're back in town.

That's the part that never shows up on a menu. We're proud to serve the pie and the plates, but it's the people who've made this place what it is for all these years. Thank you for keeping these tables full! Here's to many more!
