Chef Chelsea and Walker are stepping into the spotlight at Come and Get It tonight! Chelsea is competing against five other chefs for a spot in the Food Prize final round, while Walker is shaking things up in the competition for the Golden Shaker.

We’re incredibly proud of them and can’t wait to see their talent, creativity, and passion in action.

Chef Chelsea is bringing some beautiful fall flavors to the table with two specials this week.

Duck Confit over spiced squash bisque with duck fat wild rice, herbed goat cheese, wild mushrooms, and sage olive oil.

Radicchio & Arugula Salad with blue cheese crumbles, pickled red onion, rosemary-roasted walnuts, and cranberry pear vinaigrette.

This week's special is Escargot Tagliatelle with brown butter, sherry & Fontina cream sauce, garlic and herb breadcrumbs, and crispy capers.

We’re pairing it with the 2023 Domaine Pavelot Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru “Aux Gravains,” a special-order Burgundy we only received one case of. At $110 a bottle, it’s a rare chance to enjoy a Premier Cru Burgundy at a price that’s hard to find in restaurants.

A beautiful pairing and a pretty great excuse to linger over dinner tonight.

We showed you Chef Chelsea’s half of their latest collaborative special, but Walker’s cocktail deserved its own post too.
Figonomètrie is a study in all things fig—duck fat-washed Witches Tree rye, house-made fig liqueur, See the Elephant Amaro, Pierre Ferrand Cognac, and a pink peppercorn foam, finished with a fresh fig.
Unfortunately, today is the last day to get it but we think you will likely see it on the next cocktail menu.
