Well here are the flavors for the upcoming dinner on Sept19th. I thought it would be good to revisit some of the more succesful Gulf Pig dishes(some with a new twist) for those that never experienced them as well as letting new people try them since I normally do not repeat a dish. I mixed some new stuff in there as well. Look for tickets available for purchase soon or maybe just tomorrow 😉
