Even when the snow is cold and deep. We still smoke with purpose:

Commitment + Work Ethic + Cherry Wood + Charcoal = Brisket off the smoker @ 225 degrees cooling in a pan submerged in fresh SNOW!!!!!!

Everyone and everything has a purpose. No matter what happens going forward is always the best course of action. Regardless of the immediacy of the current situation. SNOW don’t stop my Smoke Flow.
