✨ MEET THE TEAM: JORDAN✨

Meet the man behind the scenes of BE Sweet — Jordan! ♥️

From day one, he’s supported what started as a little baking hobby for me (Jessica)…and then watched it quickly take over our kitchen and pantry. 😆

When it came time to bring BE Sweet to life in our storefront, he worked tirelessly doing as much of the physical labor as possible. And his job definitely didn’t stop when the doors opened!

Since we created BE Sweet at home, he’s washed more dishes than he probably cares to count, baked cakes, made countless last-minute store runs, handled deliveries, hauled all the things, fixed all the things, and somehow does it without complaining. 🤪

He works full-time outside of the bakery, but somewhere along the way he also picked up a part-time job at BE Sweet that he never applied for and apparently can’t quit. 😂

BE Sweet truly wouldn’t be what it is today without all of his hard work and support! I couldn’t do this without him. ♥️

✨MEET THE TEAM: Brooks + Ellington✨

You may recognize these two little faces hanging out behind the case, “helping” in the kitchen, or taste-testing a few goodies along the way. 😆🍪🥤

They may be our smallest team members, but they are definitely mighty! 💪 Since we decided to open the storefront, they have been absolute troopers. They’ve watched the late nights, helped with little jobs, spent LOTS of hours at the bakery, and are learning firsthand what goes on behind the scenes of running a small business.

We are so proud of who they are becoming and incredibly grateful that they genuinely enjoy being part of this adventure with us. 💕

And the best part? They’re not just part of the team… they ARE the “BE” in BE Sweet — Brooks + Ellington!🥹✨

Of course, their employee benefits include unlimited access to Mom and Dad…and maybe a few too many sweet treats and drinks along the way. 🤗

✨ Meet Ava!✨

We have been open for a few months now and it’s long overdue, but we thought it would be fun to introduce the faces behind BE Sweet—and we’re kicking things off with Ava!💕

Ava started as our family’s babysitter while she was in high school, but somewhere along the way, she became more like family. When we decided to take the crazy adventure of opening the bakery, we were incredibly lucky that she came along for the ride!

And because we get asked ALL the time… No, Ava and Jessica are not related.😂 Jessica just likes to think that means she still looks young!

Ava is currently taking college courses online, which gives her the flexibility to be a big part of our regular store hours—and we certainly wouldn’t complain if she decided to stay with us forever. 😉

Outside of BE Sweet, Ava loves shopping, reading, crafting, her cattle, and spending time with family and friends. 🐮

Around the bakery, she’s always willing to jump in, help wherever she’s needed, and tackle whatever we throw her way. She is also a key piece in making sure the donuts are delivered each morning from Bedford! 🍩 She has truly become such an important part of our BE Sweet team, and we couldn’t do it without her! 💗
