I meant to post this earlier but I was too busy stuffing my face 🤣

We ended up at....... Güero's Salsa Verde in Radcliff, KY Saturday night. This is a must stop for anybody even remotely close by. We really enjoyed our dinner and the owner, Mike, was super nice. This is a Veteran owned and operated business. They offer a discount to Police, Fire, EMS, First Responders, and Military in uniform.

The steak street tacos were super tender and the chicken nachos stayed so crunchy, which I love. Everything was incredibly fresh tasting and left us feeling full without the heaviness. No exaggeration though—if the truck somehow ran out of everything else, the homemade chips and salsa alone would still make the trip worthwhile. Homemade chips were salted just right. We didn't even finish our first bag before we went and bought a second! The salsa verde (my fav) has a great flavor with just a touch of heat. The salsa stays on your chip and really is perfection. We will definitely return.
