Having been born and raised in Southern California, we were exposed to some of the best tacos the country has to offer! We lived in Mexico City, Mexico for a few years where we truly learned how great the taco is! When we moved to New York, we realized it's missing that authentic flavor, especially in Long Island! Much like New York has that amazing pizza flavor that lacks in CA, NY lacks that ama

zing flavor! We know you've tried tacos on Long Island who claim to be the best or authentic, we've been to those places too and they just can't seem to get it right. We hope you give us a chance to give you a taste of Mexico and Southern California! Habiendo nacido y crecido en el sur de California, ¡estuvimos expuestos a algunos de los mejores tacos que el país tiene para ofrecer! ¡Vivimos en la Ciudad de México, México durante algunos años, donde realmente aprendimos lo bueno que es el taco! Cuando nos mudamos a Nueva York, nos dimos cuenta de que le faltaba ese sabor auténtico, ¡especialmente en Long Island! Al igual que Nueva York tiene ese increíble sabor a pizza que falta en CA, ¡NY carece de ese increíble sabor! Sabemos que ha probado tacos en Long Island que afirman ser los mejores o auténticos, también hemos estado en esos lugares y parece que no pueden hacerlo bien.

We miss it out in Shirley and currently working on coming back pronto with the truck, tentative September 14.

On our day back we would love to invite 15 guests to our special 1 day menu which we are calling "A Taste of Mexico".

A 9 course tasting menu where we take you through different regions of Mexican cuisine with our own personal touch!

As always, we strive to bring that California lifestyle to New York by using farm to table concepts. That means; organic, locally sourced, made from scratch ingredients! Our tortillas will be made from the actual kernels of the corn, harvested seasoned, peeled, turned into dough! Our meats cooked over wood, our vegetables sourced locally while also importing other components such as our beans, chocolate, etc. from Mexico to give everything as much authenticity as we can! We invite you into a glimpse of the food we grew up with and into our world.

$50 per person, 15 people capacity.

We know it may be a little strange to execute a tasting menu out of a food truck! But hey, other stranger things have happened!

It's been an honor to help cater Media at the U.S. Open these last few days!

Though it's been difficult and hectic due to injury, it was awesome to get back out there with catering! Although I pushed it a little too much and now taking some much needed rest! The golf cart rides to our station and the beautiful view when it finally slowed down was incredible, I'll always remember it!

And a big thank you to Tend Coffee for sourcing and providing such an amazing product for our newest addition: coffee station! Fits perfect with our organic ingredients we already offer in our food and desserts!

Organic whole coffee beans grounded right there on the spot for your event imported from Mexico!

Beginning this Tuesday, we’ll be open weekdays from 5pm - 9:30pm at the Rite Aid parking lot, 803 Montauk Highway, Shirley, NY.

Bringing California tacos to New York!

Wood flame Carne Asada, tortillas made the traditional way (no Maseca, no store bought), organic ingredients in most of our recipes, our popular L.A. Street Dogs, and so much more!

And don’t forget, this Friday, January 23, we will be giving out two free tacos per guest beginning at 5pm!
