Summer fruits abound in a gorgeous spread of gluten free sweet treats by Baked by Vi, LLC (her cheesecake is absolutely legendary, the best ive ever had….but virtually guilt free!! Sweetened w monk fruit and loaded w fresh, clean ingredients, it doesn’t stick around long!!!)
