After a long wait and many layers of red tape we finally have every document to be a fully legal and inspected coffee roasting company at our own location! Huge thanks to everyone who has supported and followed us through this journey. I am so excited to start getting production into full swing and get our Coffee cupping and roasting classes all setup! Let me know if you are interested in a bean to cup class showing the roasting and coffee cupping process. You’d also get to bring home some coffee that we roast! So many fun ideas to come!!!

Quick update. We also have fresh roasted bags of whole bean coffee for sale on the trailer. My new favorite French press and pour over the Dominican red honey processed and also an amazing daily our Bolivian selva Verde. Make sure to check them out. I can also take special orders for when we are not open! I roast them weekly!
