Just a mock up since I had a little time and missing couple key parts that were on back order. But how exciting!!!!! It’s really starting to look like a real business! Coffee coming soon and tasting/roasting events being planned. Can’t wait!!!!

Just heard the vent pipe has been delivered, gas is connected, 220v outlet done and now just need to finish up plumbing and find some help on installing the vent pipe! We are so close I can smell the beans roasting!!!!

Huge update! We have power to our roaster!!! Now just waiting on them to finish the gas lines and water drain/in line. We are so close and seeing it all power up and spin felt amazing.

We have more progress!!! I was there today to see the gas lines being installed and sorted out last couple little things. They say July 1st will be the official date so hopefully we are roasting and ready for all of your coffee needs!

Looking for 8" insulated chimney pipe. Double or triple wall. If anyone has any let me know. Didn't realize i needed 20' until now and would love to find it used. Thanks all!

Huge update!!!!!!! The roaster is finally home!!!!!! So close to being moved in and running. Will be very spartan at first but we will have all the essentials to roast some amazing coffee. Can’t wait to see how this all unfolds.

We have the green light to start moving our stuff into our roasting location!!!! Its been a long stressful delay but finally moving forward. Hopefully we will be testing our roaster by this time next week and just getting our NYS Agriculture Market(health) inspection after that. Very exciting stuff ahead!!!

We finally have huge progress forward! We have power!!! It wont be long now with only the small hurdles left. The landlord says we should be able to start moving our equipment in next week or so! How exciting and nerve racking to know the hard work starts soon!
