Sometimes the classics are classics for a reason.

Our BLT starts with thick-cut crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and just the right amount of mayo, all piled high on toasted bread.

But the real magic? Pairing it with our house-made Shamrock Spud Salad. ☘️

We take our famous Colcannon potatoes and mix in eggs, pickles, tomatoes, mayo, fresh dill, and crispy bacon to create a potato salad unlike anything you’ve had before.

It’s the perfect lunch. Simple. Comforting. Delicious.

At Wilde Irish Pub, we’ve somehow managed to gather the most incredible humans under one roof. They show up for each other, support one another, love on this community, and prove every single day that teamwork really does make the dream work.

Forget everything you think you know about potato salad.

We start with our famous house-made Colcannon—creamy mashed potatoes blended with cabbage and all the Irish goodness you’d expect. Then we turn it into something truly special by mixing in eggs, pickles, mayo, tomatoes, and all the classic potato salad fixings.

It’s another absolutely gorgeous day, and the patio is about to be showing off. Sure, it might be a little toasty, but hey… this is exactly what we’ve all been asking for. 😎

Cool down with a fresh BLT, or grab a crisp wedge salad and toss some protein on that bad boy for the perfect summer lunch. Add a mocktail, cocktail, cold beer, or whiskey (hydration comes in many forms 🍻), and you’ve got yourself a Monday done right.
