SOLD OUT!!

The ribs have been purchased. They will be $20 for a full rack. I will cook what is ordered and have them ready ready for Wednesday night supper. They do warm up nicely if you want them for a later date.

Ok. Went to get the ribs today and they were out. Supposed to get some in Tuesday. I will go back then and if they have them will start smoking them for Wednesday pick up.

Congrats to all the teams that got a call at Shelbyville Big Blue BBQ. We didn’t compete but we did go check it out. Look like a good turnout and a nicely done event.
