Check out this basque cherry cheesecake we just pulled out of the oven this morning! 😍
This Spanish-style cheesecake has a darker crust as a result of baking at high temperatures to create a caramelized surface. The inside is creamy and custard-like and the sweet cherries on top add a burst of flavor. Enjoy by the slice or take a whole cake home for the family.
