Is there anything better than a fresh baked treat made with summer’s sweetest fruits?
This week, we partnered with Inspira Homestead to bring you something special.
When we saw their beautiful blackberries - picked fresh, all organic, and tasting like sunshine - we knew we had to come up with a baked good that would do it justice.
Let us introduce you to the blackberry roll. 😍
Baked fresh today in limited-quantites, they are available at Pioneer Coffee at 108 E. Warren St.
Made with our tender, melt-in-your-mouth brioche dough, Inspira blackberries and drizzled with cream cheese icing, it’s the perfect treat to get you over the finish line and to the weekend.
We are so grateful for local growers like Inspira Homestead who provide our county with fresh produce, honey, grass-fed beef tallow and other goods.

As we prepare to open our new location, The Bread Lab is starting to look for people to join our team!
Open positions include counter help, line cooks, bakers and dish washers. No experience is necessary but it never hurts.
