Coffee Talk: Cappuccino Edition! A cappuccino is a classic Italian coffee drink made with espresso, steamed milk, and a thick layer of foam. Usually served in a smaller, medium-sized cup, it is traditionally built in equal thirds – one-third espresso, one-third steamed milk, one-third frothed foam. Less milk than a latte makes it more coffee forward but the hallmark of the cappuccino is the thick, airy foam.
